Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT -06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding holidays.
Transit Time
After shipping, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days, including both processing and shipping.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Tax Information
No extra taxes or hidden fees will be added at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the total amount you pay.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Item Not Received
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If you still need help, contact us at support@oakforestvintage.com.
Undelivered Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
Lost Parcel Procedure
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier issues, holidays, or incorrect shipping details.

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within the processing time (1–2 business days). Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
