Refund policy
At Oak Forest Vintage, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns must be sent back by mail. Before returning any item, you must contact us at support@oakforestvintage.com to receive return instructions and approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging where applicable
- Free from damage caused by misuse or handling after delivery
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Cost
If you received an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning an item due to change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Label
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping labels unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items if the requested replacement is available in stock.
If the item is not available, we will issue a refund instead. Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without approval
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, we will provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund, at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on availability.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, we may issue a refund excluding any shipping costs or require the customer to pay for reshipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary. If the issue continues, contact us for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within the processing time. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
